Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Webshop within 14 days.
To return the goods, the customer must notify us by writing to info@pisak.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the return is due to the item not matching the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity (business customer).
To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the customer may only handle and inspect the product in a way that is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning—similarly to how it could be done in a physical store.
If the product has been used more extensively than necessary to determine its condition, characteristics, or functioning, or if it shows signs of wear or use, the Webshop has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the product’s value.
Once the returned goods have been received, the Webshop will refund all payments received under the contract to the customer without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal notice.
The Webshop may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or until the customer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.
If the customer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Webshop, the Webshop is not obliged to refund any additional costs arising from that choice.
The Webshop has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the goods back if the product price in the Webshop has been mistakenly listed significantly lower than the actual market value.
Right to Submit Complaints
The Webshop is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods were handed over to the customer.
If defects appear in a product purchased from the Webshop for which the Webshop is responsible, the Webshop will repair or replace the defective product. If repair or replacement is not possible, the Webshop will refund all fees related to the sales contract.
The Webshop will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Dispute Resolution
If the customer has any complaints regarding the Webshop, they must be sent by email to info@pisak.ee
If the customer and the Webshop are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, the customer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
The Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the customer and the Webshop.
Reviewing the complaint in the Committee is free of charge for the customer.
The customer may also turn to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform for cross-border disputes.
